All artwork must be supplied in PDF format, to size, all fonts converted and all layers locked. Colour settings must be in CMYK.
If artwork is supplied in JPEG format resolution needs to be high quality. Artwork is subjects to approval by The PRINTHOUSE
Please note The PRINTHOUSE does not take any responsibility for artwork supplied. It is recommended to collect a printed sample before the order is processed.
If customer forfeits the option of collecting a sample all costs involved to redo the order will be at customers expense. Factory orders may have special requirements when submitting artwork, please confirm the requirements before submitting your artwork. Please note an additional charge or R 350.00 incl VAT will apply if artwork needs to be changed or setup to meet our requirements.

Requirements when placing your order:

All quoted prices includes VAT @ 15%, we require a 75% deposit before order will be processed and balance on collection unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. We do not offer accounts.
Products stays the property of WJ Printhouse (PTY) LTD until fully paid.

Products not collected after 14 days will be discarded of and customer will be required to pay the costs involved for reproducing.
